He is a full-time licensed real estate agent in Mississippi and Louisiana. He is credentialed to sell Residential, Commercial Property, and Land. He is a member of the Natchez Board of REALTORS®, the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

 

Wayland is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. Degree from the College of Agriculture. He is a resident of Natchez and an active member of First Baptist Church Natchez. He has worked 35 years in the oilfield on drilling rigs, offshore as well as on land. He has also worked as a directional driller and drilling consultant.

 

He is married, he and his wife Shelia have 5 children and three grandchildren. He is a dedicated real estate agent who is determined to meet and exceed the needs of his clients.
